Please read these Terms carefully. By downloading, installing, or using RemindAll, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use govern your use of the RemindAll mobile application ("App") on iOS and Android, operated by Pling Studio ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the App you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and agree to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

RemindAll is a cross-platform reminder and alarm application that allows you to:

Create, edit, and manage reminders with due dates and recurrence
Receive local notifications and alarms on your device
Synchronise reminders across multiple devices (requires account)
Access premium features via a paid subscription

3. Account Registration

An account is optional for basic use. To enable cross-device sync you must register with a valid email and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

4. RemindAll Premium — Subscriptions

Important Subscription Information

Subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.
Manage or turn off auto-renewal in your device's Account Settings after purchase.
No refund is provided for the unused portion of a subscription period upon cancellation.

4.1 Available Plans

Monthly: $2.99 per month — billed monthly, auto-renews each month
Annual: $19.99 per year — billed annually, auto-renews each year

Prices are in USD and may vary by country. The price displayed at time of purchase applies to your subscription.

4.2 Premium Features

Unlimited reminders (free tier is limited)
Cross-device sync across multiple devices
Alarm-type alerts (full-screen alarm experience)
Advanced recurrence options
Custom snooze durations

4.3 How to Cancel

iOS: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → RemindAll → Cancel Subscription.

Android: Google Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → RemindAll → Cancel subscription.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain premium access until that date.

4.4 Cross-Platform Subscriptions

RemindAll is a cross-platform service. A subscription purchased on iOS or Android is recognised on the other platform via our backend. All purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play Store — we do not handle payment information directly.

4.5 Restore Purchases

Tap "Restore Purchases" on the premium screen to re-verify your subscription on the current device.

4.6 Refunds

All purchases are subject to Apple or Google refund policies. To request a refund, contact Apple via reportaproblem.apple.com or Google via the Play Store app.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the App for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to reverse-engineer or tamper with the App
Circumvent subscription checks or access premium features without a valid subscription
Share account credentials with others

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, and graphics, is owned by Pling Studio. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. Your reminder data remains yours — we claim no ownership over content you create.

7. Notifications and Alarms

RemindAll's core functionality relies on local notifications. You must grant notification permission for the App to alert you. We are not responsible for missed reminders caused by denied permissions, Do Not Disturb modes, device being off, or OS restrictions on background processing.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the app will be available at all times, error-free, or that reminders will always be delivered at the scheduled time.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including missed appointments. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for RemindAll Premium in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Account Deletion

Delete your account from within the app (Settings → Account → Delete Account). This permanently removes all data from our servers and cannot be undone. Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription — cancel separately through Apple or Google first.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the date above and, where appropriate, sending an in-app notification. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
