Make sure notifications are enabled for RemindAll in your device Settings. On iOS: Settings → RemindAll → Notifications → Allow Notifications. On Android: Settings → Apps → RemindAll → Notifications. Also check that Do Not Disturb or Focus modes are not blocking the app.
Cross-device sync requires a signed-in account. Make sure you are signed in with the same account on all devices. Check your internet connection and try pulling down to refresh. If the issue persists, sign out and sign back in.
Open the app, go to the Premium screen, and tap "Restore Purchases." This re-verifies your subscription with Apple or Google. Make sure you are signed in to the same Apple ID or Google account used for the original purchase.
iOS: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → RemindAll → Cancel Subscription. Android: Google Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → RemindAll → Cancel subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google directly. iOS: visit reportaproblem.apple.com. Android: contact Google Play support via the Play Store app.
Go to the app → Account menu → Delete Account. This permanently removes your account, all reminders, and associated data. This action is irreversible. Cancel your subscription through Apple or Google first — deleting the account does not cancel it.
RemindAll is a cross-platform service. Sign in with the same account on both devices and your subscription will be recognised on both platforms automatically.
A Notification is a standard banner on your lock screen. An Alarm triggers a full-screen alert — like a clock alarm — that is harder to miss. Alarms require RemindAll Premium. On iOS 26 and later, Alarms use the system AlarmKit for the most immersive experience.
